1. Ticket Purchase
By purchasing a ticket to one of our events, you agree to the terms outlined below.
Upon completing your booking, you’ll receive a confirmation email with event details.
Please review it and contact us at pipastudio.info@gmail.com if you notice any mistakes or have questions.

2. Cancellations & Changes
To ensure quality planning and fairness to all guests, the following cancellation and rescheduling conditions apply:
- More than 7 days before the event
You may request a full refund or reschedule your ticket to another available date.
- Between 7 days and 72 hours before the event
You are eligible for a 50% refund or may choose to reschedule your ticket.
-Less than 72 hours before the event
We are unable to offer a refund or change of date within this window.
Same-day cancellations or no-shows are non-refundable.
3. Refunds
Refunds will be processed within 7 business days to your original payment method.
No partial refunds will be issued for late arrivals or early departures from the event.
4. Event Changes by Pipa Concept
If we ever need to cancel or reschedule an event for any reason, you’ll have the option of a full refund or a ticket transfer to a new date.
