Cancellation Policy

1. Ticket Purchase

By purchasing a ticket to one of our events, you agree to the terms outlined below.

  • Upon completing your booking, you’ll receive a confirmation email with event details.

  • Please review it and contact us at pipastudio.info@gmail.com if you notice any mistakes or have questions.

2. Cancellations & Changes

To ensure quality planning and fairness to all guests, the following cancellation and rescheduling conditions apply:

- More than 7 days before the event

  • You may request a full refund or reschedule your ticket to another available date.

- Between 7 days and 72 hours before the event

  • You are eligible for a 50% refund or may choose to reschedule your ticket.

-Less than 72 hours before the event

  • We are unable to offer a refund or change of date within this window.

  • Same-day cancellations or no-shows are non-refundable.

 

3. Refunds

  • Refunds will be processed within 7 business days to your original payment method.

  • No partial refunds will be issued for late arrivals or early departures from the event.

 

4. Event Changes by Pipa Concept

  • If we ever need to cancel or reschedule an event for any reason, you’ll have the option of a full refund or a ticket transfer to a new date.
